The Torres de Mens are a castle built in the 15th century by Lope Sánchez de Moscoso, after the Irmandiño revolts, on an earlier fortress which in turn stood on an ancient hillfort. They are located in the hamlet of Mens, in the municipality of Malpica de Bergantiños (Galicia, Spain).

The building has the generic protection of Spanish castles, and since 1994 it has been registered as an Asset of Cultural Interest with the category of Monument.

In 1993 it received the award given by Europa Nostra to monuments saved from ruin.
