Wojnowice Castle (Polish Zamek w Wojnowicach) is a moated castle in Wojnowice (German Wohnwitz) in the town-and-country municipality of Miękinia (Nimkau) in Powiat Średzki (the district of Neumarkt) in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in Poland. It is the oldest continuously used lowland castle in Silesia and is largely preserved in its original fabric as a fortified house with a surrounding moat. The Polish term ‘Zamek na wodzie’ is not a name but means ‘castle on the water’, that is, ‘moated castle’.
