Château du Guildo
🇫🇷 France
The Château du Guildo is located in the municipality of Créhen (Côtes-d'Armor department), on the border with the municipalities of Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer and Trégon. It is a castle courtyard with an area of about 3,200 square metres, lying 20 metres above the Arguenon, at whose mouth it is situated. The castle lies on a rocky spur of mica schist traversed by a dolerite bank. It is bounded to the north and west by the Arguenon and to the east by a steep valley path.
The castle was added to the list of historic monuments by a decree of 25 June 1951 and has been the property of the Conseil départemental des Côtes-d'Armor since 1981.
