Las (Ancient Greek ὁ Λᾶς; ἡ Λᾶ; in Homer: Λάας) was a Lacedaemonian perioecic town which later belonged to the Eleutherolaconians. Las was an important port of Sparta. Its inhabitants are called Laoi (Ancient Greek Λᾶοι). On the site of the ancient acropolis stood the medieval Passavas Castle.
