Castelo de Doiras (in Galician: castelo de Doiras) is a medieval fortification located in the parish of Vilarello in the Lugo municipality of Cervantes, Galicia, Spain. It stands on a hill on the bank of the river Cancelada. Ángel del Castillo López dated it to the second half of the 15th century, built to defend the entry into Galicia of the Camino de Santiago, over the ancient Roman road XIX which linked Astorga with Lugo, as Antonio Rodríguez Colmenero noted. Its promoter is said to have been Don Diego Pérez-Osorio y Guzmán, 1st Lord of Cervantes and of Villacid.
