Castillo is a former fortress located in the Spanish municipality of Chipiona (province of Cádiz, Andalusia). Over time, the castle has undergone various modifications which have gradually altered its original appearance. As of 3 March 2009 it housed a tourist interpretation centre devoted to the historical relationship between Cádiz and the New World and to the holding of cultural events, managed by the Chipiona Town Council.

Since 1985 it has been considered an Asset of Cultural Interest with the category of Monument.
