Castle of Urbel
🇪🇸 Spain
The Castle of Urbel is a rock castle located in the municipality of Úrbel del Castillo, in the province of Burgos (Castile and León, Spain). It stands on an isolated hill of uneven surface for building, so that it could never have been of great size. What survives confirms that view. The present remains date from the 15th century and were built by the Zúñiga family.[citation needed]
