Al-Mua'azam Fort is a historic castle counted among the remains of the later Islamic eras. It lies south-east of the city of Tabuk in the Al-Mu'azzam centre; it was founded in the year 1031 AH, corresponding to 1622 AD, in the reign of the Ottoman sultan Osman II, and is one of the stations of the Levantine route.
