The Bryukhovychi Fort (Ukrainian Брюховицький форт, also known as Zyavlenska Hora (З'явленська гора)) is a fortification on the outskirts of Lviv, one of the 11 forts that were to provide the all-round defence of the city.

The fort is located in the settlement of Bryukhovychi, northwest of Lviv, on a steep hill called Zyavlenska Hora, near the Bryukhovychi cemetery and forestry station.
