The East Vyborg Fortress is a complex of defensive structures to the east of the central part of Vyborg, situated on the elevation known as "Battery Hill". The fortification engineer was E. I. Totleben. They were erected in the 1863–1870s. Since March 2022 they have been an object of the cultural heritage of Russia of regional significance.
