Fort X of Warsaw Fortress (also called Fort "Augustówka" or "Siekierki") was one of the artillery forts of the outer defensive ring of the 19th-century Warsaw fortifications. It was built in the 1880s and lies in the present-day Siekierki area of the Warsaw district of Mokotów.

It was the last fort on the western side of the Vistula and secured the direction to the south. The adjoining fort to the west was Fort IX. Because of its position in the wetland near the Vistula, neither bricks nor concrete were used for its construction; only earth ramparts were built for the batteries. The accommodation presumably consisted of wood or tents. The "wet defensive ditch" led to a drainage of the complex.

In 1913, in the course of the extensive abandonment of the Warsaw fortifications, various parts of the fort were destroyed. In 1939 the fort was again equipped for defence and used by the Polish army in the defensive battle for Warsaw. In 1944 German troops fought from the complex. After the Second World War the army set up a shooting range here, which has since been dissolved.

Today the grounds of the fort are freely accessible; in the former gorge area there is a football pitch, and on the slopes of the former fortification cycling and motocross tracks have been laid out. The new Siekierkowski expressway (urban motorway 724) passes the fort in the immediate vicinity, and directly beside it is the sanctuary "Matki Bozej Naczycielky Modziezy". The former fort ditch has been restored and integrated into a newly laid-out cycle path running from west to east.
