The Forte de Santana do Estreito, or more simply fort of Santana, is situated on the island of Santa Catarina, in the municipality of Florianópolis, in the state of Santa Catarina, in Brazil.
It was erected on a small height, at the strait separating the island from the mainland. It was intended to protect the port of Nossa Senhora do Desterro, today Florianópolis. It was built in 1763.
