The Castillo San Pedro de Alcántara, or simply Castle of Mancera, is a castle located in the locality of Mancera Island, Los Ríos Region, Chile. It was the most important castle of the system of forts and castles of Valdivia. This building formed part of a network of defensive infrastructure built at Valdivia in order to counter attacks by indigenous people, pirates, corsairs and foreign powers; the plans were drawn up by Constantino Vasconcelos, chief engineer of the navy, while its construction dates to the period between 1675 and 1680.

It has belonged to the group of national monuments of Chile since 1950 by virtue of Supreme Decree 3869 of 14 June of that year; it is in the category "Historic Monuments".
