The Kremlin of Uglich (Russian Угличский кремль) is a former citadel in the centre of Uglich in the Yaroslavl Oblast.

It lies on the right bank of the Volga between the small rivers Shelkovka and Kamenny Ruchey (Stone Brook), which offered natural protection. The original walls and towers of the Kremlin's fortification were destroyed again and again and were last restored between 1660 and 1662. After being left to decay for centuries, they disappeared in the middle of the 18th century. Only remains of walls and remnants of the moat still recall them. The ensemble surviving today comprises the former princely residence (of 1482), the Cathedral of the Transfiguration (1713 or 1716), the bell tower (1730), the Church of St Demetrius or Church on the Blood (1692) and the town hall (1815). The church was restored in the years 1971 to 1976.
