The Yangzuomie City Ruins, also called Yangjumie city, Yangjumie city (阳苴哶城) or Jumie city, are located in Dali town, Dali city, Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan province, People's Republic of China. Yangzuomie city was successively the capital of Nanzhao, Dachanghe, Datianxing, Dayining and the Dali Kingdom; in the Yuan dynasty it was the seat of the Dali Circuit Military and Civil Command, and in the early Ming, after another Dali prefectural city was built within its area, it gradually fell into disuse. The Yangzuomie city site lies at the foot of Zhonghe peak of the Cangshan mountains, in and around the present-day old town of Dali; part of the northern city wall survives, and on 21 December 1987 it was listed among the third batch of cultural relic protection units of Yunnan province.
